This Sunday we are bringing a special South Indian dish along with our regular menu.

Idli Sambar : A highly popular snack from South India made with age old recipe.

Idli: Savoury rice and lentil cakes made steaming fresh served with Sambar.

Sambar: Aromatic stew of lentils, vegetables and dried spices, chillies garnished with curry leaves.

Mouth watering condiment of peanut, garlic and yogurt chutney

Father's Day specials .... made from fresh market produce

Happy Father's Day !! 19th June 2011


Come and enjoy this Father's day morning at the market .... along with the specials today we have breakfast and lunch treats ( Samosa, crispy beef rolls, lentil pakoras) served with tangy and zesty chutneys: Mango, tamarind, tomato and mint&cilantro....


Also featuring today:
Saag paneer: 
Pureed spinach sauteed with caramelized onions, ginger garlic, tomato with chunks of Paneer ( indian cottage cheese)....garnished with roasted and crushed spices.



Spice level : Mild .....(really mild)

Aalo Gobi: (Cauliflower with green peas and potato)

Another popular delicacy of cauliflower slowly cooked with green peas, potato sauteed with ginger , garlic, onions and garnished with fresh cilantro...
